About Mee
I’m Aimee Royer, a professional coach, former mental health counselor, and someone deeply committed to personal and relational growth. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, received extensive supervision in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and completed advanced training in Ontological Coaching through the Newfield Network.
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches – including REBT, mindfulness-based practices, and communication frameworks like the Imago Dialogue – to support emotional connection, stronger communication, and meaningful change.
After several years in the mental health field, I launched my independent coaching and consulting practice in 2021. Since then, I’ve worked with individuals and relationship pairs – romantic, familial, and professional – to navigate transitions, identify emotional patterns, and build more intentional ways of relating.
I offer in-person sessions in Peoria, Illinois, and virtual coaching to clients across the U.S. through HIPAA-compliant video software. Whether you’re nearby or miles away, our work together centers on presence, safety, and sustainable growth.
My integrative, whole-person approach blends cognitive, behavioral, and somatic strategies, with an emphasis on resilience, identity shifts, and mindset change. I also develop structured tools and guided coaching pathways to help make personal and relational development more accessible, reflective, and engaging.
Whether you’re looking to deepen self-trust, strengthen your relationships, or make meaningful life changes, I offer a grounded, affirming space to help you move forward with confidence and clarity – wherever you’re located.
